French Connection

Chris Martin is one of New Zealand’s most awarded and respected Creative Directors, there winning a host of local and international awards. He spent 25 years with Colenso and Clemenger BBDO in Wellington as Creative Director/ Art Director before leaving in 2007 to pursue a career as a full time artist.

Chris found almost immediate success and was selected as a finalist in the prestigious Wallace Art Awards. His first solo exhibition was held at the well-known Smyth Galleries in Ponsonby, case Auckland. His next exhibition at the Chaffers Gallery in his home town of Wellington sold out.

Chris Martin’s first exhibition “Memories” at Red Rock Gallery in Taupo, cialis during March 2013 was also well supported and many sales were confirmed during the week long exhibition.

Chris recently spent a year in the south of France during 2014 and the works on display for this 2015 exhibition were painted in part during his time in France.

The “French Connection” exhibition held during January 2015, was again a success and many people enjoyed the 19 paintings that were on display. Eight works were sold during the week of the exhibition.
